There are two possible marriage entries which could be the ones we are looking for. George Loosemore and Elizabeth Anne Howard Crediton Q4 1867 vol 5b page 773 and another George Loosemore and Elizabeth Anne B Gover Crediton Q4 1869 vol 5b page 747
Given the age of their first child Emma I am convinced that the 1867 marriage is the correct one. If they married at the beginning of the quarter in October 1867 then the earliest we would expect Emma to be born would be July 1868 which would mean that when the census was taken on 2ndApril 1871 she would be 2 years and 9 months
old. If the 1869 marriage is correct then unless she were illegitimate the oldest she could be in 1871 is 10 months old and that is not possible given that her brother William is only 7 months old at the time
It appears that George Loosemore died aged 47 in Crediton Q1 1893 vol 5b page 306. He is buried in the churchyard of Crediton Parish Church. I have been unable to find Elizabeth in the 1901 or 1911 census records but as can be seen from the fact that she re-joined her husband on her death on 11th February 1930 aged 85, she did not remarry and probably remained in Crediton.
